Is gas delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free within our coverage area across the City Bowl, Southern Suburbs and surrounds from our Woodstock shop. No minimum order on refills, no hidden fees.
How fast can you deliver a cylinder?
Same-day is standard if you order before mid-afternoon. WhatsApp your address and cylinder size and we send a live ETA.
Which cylinder sizes do you stock?
9 kg (small flat, weekend braai), 19 kg (family home, full kitchen), and 48 kg (commercial kitchens, guesthouses, laundromats). All available for delivery or collection at the shop.
Can I exchange a cylinder that isn't Red Flame branded?
Yes. We exchange cylinders from any mainstream LPG brand. Bring the empty and swap for a full one at the shop, or we do it at your door on a delivery run.
Do you do commercial gas installations for restaurants and guesthouses?
Yes. We design, install the cylinder bank and regulators, pressure test, and sign the job off. Monthly contract refill pricing is available for commercial accounts.
Do you issue a gas Certificate of Compliance (COC)?
Yes. A gas COC is legally required under SANS 10087 when a property changes hands in South Africa. We issue the Certificate of Compliance on every installation, so insurers, estate agents and new owners have the document they need.
